On Palm Sunday the people of Jerusalem rejoiced and welcomed Jesus as King into the city. This fulfilled prophecy, but it also became the final straw in the Pharisees desire and plans to kill Jesus. Neither the people nor the Pharisees realized Jesus wasn’t coming to claim his kingdom, even the disciples struggled with this. He came to save all people from their sins, which meant he was to be a sacrifice. Next time he comes it will be a different story. Let’s look this morning at 3 questions.
