Nehemiah had a trusted position in service to the Persian king in Babylon, but was troubled by the news of the lack of security in Jerusalem and the threat that posed to the rebuilding of the temple. He led a group to Jerusalem to rebuild the wall around Jerusalem. Upon completion, Nehemiah led them in a time of dedication and commitment.
