Revelation tells of awful and awesome events in the future. What we do with this knowledge is critical: Will it distract us from living for Christ, or drive us to live for Him? Hopefully the latter! Let’s consider how we can live confidently now with the future clearly in view!

For Further Meditation

Make some time this week to reflect on God’s holiness and power and love. Let the revelation of the outpouring of His wrath show up the awfulness of sin. Let the gift of eternal life and the offer of eternal rewards overwhelm you with His grace. And consider how ‘living for heaven’ can and will affect your life today!
